The Sequence Connection
Energy and excitement filled the classroom the minute the card decks came out of the game box. Inventory to determine “What’s in the Box?” was a warm-up discovery of the new and creative tools that would be needed to learn the 10 games from Genesis to Revelation.
Participants were then led into The Sequence Connection to get to know their cards. Players enjoyed being able to hold a full deck of 66 cards in their hands so they could divide their deck into 3 decks: Genesis to Proverbs, Ecclesiastes to Malachi, and Matthew to Revelation.
A fun exploration took place as they first shuffled Genesis to Proverbs, using the pond format and the Guide to put their cards in sequence. When everyone finished each card was read out-loud to hear the pronunciations from Genesis to Proverbs. The players continued to discover the cards from Ecclesiastes to Revelation through laughter and competitive fun.
